If your package doesn’t arrive in the specified time or is somehow damaged or
incomplete, please contact us at orders@babytreasurebox.com.

Returns:

If you find fault with your Baby Treasure Box gift within 14 days of receipt, please
contact us at treasuredcustomer@babytreasurebox.com and we will arrange for you to
return your purchase for a full refund, minus shipping costs. Custom orders may be
returned, but will be charged a 20% restocking fee.

Custom Order Info:

We also offer custom boxes that can be completed and shipped within a day with items in stock and within 3-4 weeks (usually sooner)  for items we need to order from our suppliers.
